Our client, a rapidly growing Canadian manufacturing organization, seeks a hands-on finance professional. The role focuses on product costing, KPI reporting, and supporting plant operations as part of a contract team. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment where immediate contributions are recognized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Plant Managers for finance support

• Prepare monthly scorecards and KPI reports

• Perform standard costing and variance analysis

• Support month-end close and financial reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operations

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of manufacturing finance experience

• Strong knowledge of costing methods and inventory accounting

• Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• CPA designation or progress toward it is an asset
