Position: Intermediate Property Accountant Role

This well-established organization is looking for a professional with at least three years of commercial property accounting expertise. You will be responsible for tasks such as preparing financial statements, analyzing results, and managing tenant billings. Collaborate closely with property management to ensure smooth operations and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial properties

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages

• Analyze financial results and provide variance commentary

• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations

• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial property accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting

• Familiarity with tenant billings and CAM recoveries

• Proficiency in Yardi is preferred

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented
