Position: Senior Accountant for Commercial Properties
Crown is looking for a Senior Property Accountant dedicated to providing accurate financial reporting for our managed commercial properties. This role requires strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel to support effective property management.

In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Property Accounting and ensure timely financial documentation and analysis. Essential duties include preparing month-end reports, establishing annual tax adjustments, and assisting property managers with financial management tasks. Your proactive approach will enhance cash flow monitoring and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records and generate financial statements

• Conduct year-end audits and prepare working papers

• Assist in the budgeting process for property management

• Address tenant and vendor financial inquiries

• Monitor cash flow for assigned commercial portfolios

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or similar field required

• 3-5 years of property accounting experience

• Familiarity with Yardi software is essential

• Strong organizational and verbal communication skills

• CPA designation is an advantage
