Position: Controller for Tech Innovator REBEL

As the Controller reporting to the CFO, you will oversee all accounting operations including compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your experience in high-growth startups, especially in the eCommerce sector, will be essential to maintain financial integrity while implementing scalable processes. This position requires a hands-on leader committed to cross-department collaboration and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, and payroll

• Prepare timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and external audit schedules

• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management

• Evaluate financial systems for process improvement

Requirements:

• 10+ years finance experience with 3-5 years in leadership

• CPA credential and strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS

• Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems

• Proven track record in fast-paced finance environments

• Exceptional skills in building and mentoring teams
