In this pivotal role, you will direct the Internal Audit Professional Practice team at Sun Life, reporting to the AVP, Internal Audit - Professional Practice & Enterprise Initiatives. You'll be integral in shaping a global audit function, optimizing audit tools, and improving reporting capabilities. Your leadership will significantly enhance operational efficiency and enhance audit transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit workflow and GRC technology implementations

• Promote automation and AI-enabled audit practices

• Manage project plans, risks, and communications

• Oversee quarterly Audit Committee and management reporting

• Collaborate across internal audit teams globally

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of audit or related experience

• Proficiency in audit technology and data analytics

• Strong internal audit methodology knowledge

• Excellent people leadership and communication skills

• Experience with AI-enabled solutions is a plus
