Program Overview

PwC Canada’s Indigenous Award & Mentorship Program supports First Nations, Inuit and Métis students as they explore future career pathways in business, accounting, consulting, tax, technology, deals and beyond. The program offers a financial award, mentorship from PwC professionals, connections to the PwC Canada Indigenous Inclusion Network, and opportunities to learn about PwC services and campus recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria

Voluntarily self‑identify as First Nations, Inuit or Métis (information will be treated respectfully)
Be eligible to work in Canada for the intended duration of any offer or contract
Successfully receive and accept an employment offer through a PwC Canada campus recruitment posting

Application Process

Submit an Expression of Interest to connect with the campus recruitment team by August
10,2026. The program will re‑open after the Fall
2026 campus recruitment cycle if you are unable to apply before the deadline. After a successful expression of interest, you will be contacted by a PwC Canada Campus Recruiter in August to discuss career opportunities, meet with a PwC professional for insights, and receive an invitation to a national call with the PwC Canada Indigenous Inclusion Network.
