Become an integral part of our team as a Senior Accountant, specializing in year-end financial preparations and client interactions. This role is best suited for candidates with public practice experience.
We seek an experienced Senior Accountant adept in preparing year-end financial statements and various tax filings. Candidates must have at least three years in public practice focused on client engagements to ensure timely service and confidentiality. Knowledge of tools like Quick Books, Sage 50, and Caseware is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive year-end financial statements
• Handle various tax filings expertly
• Directly interact with clients to gather necessary information
• Uphold confidentiality and high client service standards
• Provide support for additional accounting and advisory functions
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting from a recognized institution
• Minimum three years public practice experience focused on year-end
• Experience with Quick Books and Sage 50 required
• Knowledge of Caseware and Tax Prep is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
