Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Maintain AP aging and conduct monthly reconciliations

• Prepare weekly payments and provide remittance details

• Support AR invoicing using SAP software

• Implement improvements to AP and payment processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or related field

• 3-5 years’ AP/AR experience required

• Proficiency in SAP accounting software

• Advanced skills in Excel for reporting
