Position: Financial Accountant at Horizon Legacy
Join Horizon Legacy's finance team as a Financial Accountant, focusing on maintaining detailed financial records and ensuring compliance. This position is vital for accurate and timely accounting processes.

In your role as Financial Accountant, you'll engage in daily financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable management. Your duties will involve collaborating closely with the Controller and assisting during month-end and year-end close. This role plays a significant part in strengthening financial processes within an innovative construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and payment runs

• Prepare and issue customer invoices

• Reconcile financial accounts accurately

• Assist in month-end closing activities

• Maintain documentation for government reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or equivalent

• Extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting

• Knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping process

• Experience with accounting software systems

• Proven skills using Sage or similar software
