We're seeking a Plant Accountant with a background in cost accounting to oversee financial reporting and compliance. With 3 to 5 years of experience, you'll prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and engage with various departments to assess financial performance and cost drivers. Your contributions will help streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly P&L statements and account analysis

• Conduct variance analysis for standard costs

• Manage governmental reporting requirements

• Supervise general accounting functions including A/P

• Support Plant and Office Managers in financial tasks

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of cost accounting in manufacturing

• Understanding of GAAP standards

• Excellent analytical and time-management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar

• Strong Excel capabilities and interpersonal skills
