As a key leader, your responsibilities will include overseeing tax distribution calculations, researching tax issues, and managing compliance activities. You will also guide a team of tax professionals, ensuring accurate reporting and fostering positive client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and review tax distribution and income estimates

• Manage special projects related to fund mergers

• Review trust income tax returns and related documentation

• Prepare customized client tax reporting and audit responses

• Liaise with clients on reporting deadlines and requirements

Requirements:

• CPA, CMA, or CGA with TX2 designation required

• 7+ years in public practice or financial services

• Strong background in mutual fund tax issues

• Advanced skills in tax preparation software

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
