Senior Assurance Associate at RSM

In this role, you will focus on providing exceptional client service while coordinating complex audits for various public sector entities. Your experience will help organisations achieve their missions effectively. Develop your expertise with RSM's Global Audit Methodology and lead engagement teams by mentoring Audit Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate audits of complex financial statements and disclosures

• Develop an understanding of clients' industries and needs

• Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagement teams

• Ensure efficient information flow between clients and audit teams

• Identify accounting and auditing issues for management communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 2-3 years of assurance experience in public accounting

• Active CPA license or progress towards licensure

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
