Payroll Officer - 2 months

About the Opportunity

• Process full-cycle Canadian payroll in a high-volume environment.
• Review payroll for accuracy and process adjustments, reconciliations, and ROEs.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation.
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and related accounting activities.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.

• 3+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPP, EI, income tax, WSIB, and ROE administration.
• Experience with a payroll system (Dayforce, ADP, Workday, UKG, SAP, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Pay Range
  $35 - $36/hour
