Finance Operations Accountant for Canadian Business

This hands-on role requires expertise in finance operations while reporting to the Head of Finance. Responsibilities include managing vendor invoices, preparing payment runs, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting accounts receivable upon sales launch. A collaborative mindset is key, as you'll work closely with various teams to establish and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices and employee expenses

• Prepare payment runs and related documentation

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash-position reports

• Support month-end cutoff and accruals

• Assist in SAP testing and process setup

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 2-4 years of finance operations experience

• Knowledge of accounts payable and payment processing

• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
