Position: Bilingual Tax Administrator at Aviso
Join Aviso’s Operations team as a Bilingual Tax Administrator and ensure timely tax compliance. This role emphasizes expertise in tax remittances and audits while requiring fluency in both English and French.

The Bilingual Tax Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Tax, focusing on timely completion of tax audits and remittances. You will work collaboratively with the Reconciliation, Processing, and Corporate Actions Department to uphold regulatory standards and produce tax slips. Participation in industry conferences will enhance your knowledge of evolving tax regulations and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and complete scheduled tax audits on time

• Address tax-related requests within specified SLAs

• Oversee tax slip production and vendor submissions

• Stay updated on CRA and IRS regulations

• Assist in gathering information for audits

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in financial services with tax reporting focus

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance

• Excellent communication in English and French

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Excel and Access
