Rio Can Real Estate Investment Trust is seeking a Tenant Billing Analyst to ensure accurate billing and compliance with CAM, property tax, and percentage rent. This role collaborates with Property Management to resolve tenant inquiries and supports special projects as needed. You will audit lease provisions, maintain ERP billing methodologies, and contribute to annual budgeting processes while ensuring accurate invoicing and timely year-end reconciliations. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred.
