The role involves partnering with the executive team, overseeing a seven-member accounting unit, and ensuring robust financial operations. Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls will drive success at Quarterback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning

• Direct month-end and year-end financial closes

• Prepare critical financial reports for stakeholders

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes

• Fortify internal controls and supervise audits

Requirements:

• CPA strongly preferred or equivalent experience

• 5–10+ years in progressive finance/accounting

• Knowledge of multi-entity structures highly regarded

• Experience in payroll and commission administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP and Excel
