Position: North America Controller at AlayaCare
Lead financial operations as the Controller for Alaya Care in Toronto, Canada. This full-time role focuses on accounting management, compliance, and strategic financial oversight.

In this crucial role, the Controller will manage all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations while guiding cross-functional teams toward business goals. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while also preparing detailed statements for stakeholders and conducting annual audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting activities including reporting and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Collaborate with teams to enhance financial performance

• Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in financial management or accounting
