Epic Investment Services in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Property Accountant to support the full accounting cycle for commercial real estate assets. You will manage daily reconciliations, prepare detailed analyses, and coordinate year-end packages with external auditors.
The role requires a CPA designation or accounting degree, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ASPE/IFRS. Yardi experience is an asset;
