As a Senior Accountant in Accounting Advisory Services (AAS), you will play a vital role in addressing complex transactions and new accounting standards. With 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, your expertise will help clients navigate the financial reporting landscape. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure effective compliance while mentoring junior accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical accounting advisory services for clients

• Support go-public services and regulatory compliance

• Research technical accounting issues and document findings

• Prepare accurate financial statements and notes

• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Tax teams

Requirements:

• CPA designation or in progress

• 3 to 4 years public accounting experience

• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE standards

• Experience with Canadian and US securities regulators

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
