MNP is seeking an innovative Accounting Advisory Manager to lead a dedicated team. In this role, you will provide clients with comprehensive technical accounting services, address new standards, and support their go-public journeys. You will also mentor team members, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical accounting advisory and strategies

• Support clients in their go-public journey

• Perform research and prepare documentation

• Mentor and coach team members effectively

• Prepare financial statements and notes

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• 4 to 6 years of public accounting experience

• Expertise with US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE

• Strong experience leading client engagements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
