In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Systems and Financial Operations. You will manage essential accounting functions, including reconciling GL accounts and processing invoices. Critical thinking and financial skillsets are essential for ensuring accurate records and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of revenue and expenses
• Verify financial data from box office system
• Collaborate with teams on invoice recording
• Reconcile e-commerce transaction records daily
• Analyze US and Canadian sales taxes
Requirements:
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• At least 2 years of accounting/reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
• Ability to handle large data sets
