Experienced Project Accountant Wanted

Your role will involve managing supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate project financials. To succeed, you will need to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and approve supplier and trade invoices

• Ensure timely payments aligning with contract terms

• Reconcile contract values with change orders

• Prepare and manage client billing packages

• Control financial forecasts and perform month-end accruals

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Three years’ relevant experience in construction accounting

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
