Tricon Senior Accountant Corporate Reporting

Tricon is seeking a Senior Accountant specialized in Corporate Reporting to enhance financial insights across our operations. Engage in a technology-centric role focused on process improvement and data analytics.

This crucial position demands a blend of sound accounting practices and innovative tools to boost overall reporting efficiency. You will collaborate extensively with teams in both the U.S. and Canada, focusing on financial statement preparation, month-end close activities, and staff development. Your insights will directly impact our accounting processes as we embrace digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage account reconciliations and month-end closes

• Design and prepare financial statements and reports

• Refine processes and enhance reporting procedures

• Develop and mentor junior accounting professionals

• Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements:

• CPA credential or in progress

• 3+ years in accounting, ideally with real estate focus

• Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting

• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

• Big Four and consolidation experience is a plus
