As a key member of the Corporate Finance team, you will oversee the full cycle accounting, including bank reconciliations and journal entries. Your innovative strategies will streamline month-end closings while ensuring compliance with accounting controls. Engage in the preparation of audits and tax filings to support operational continuity in our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive full cycle accounting and reconciliation processes
• Develop strategies for efficient month-end close
• Uphold financial data integrity through controls
• Produce insightful variance analyses for financial statements
• Support tax and audit preparation as needed
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in accounting/finance
• Proficient in Excel with large datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships across teams
• Actively pursuing a Canadian accounting designation
