Revenue Accounting Manager Role in Renewable Energy

Pattern Energy seeks a skilled Revenue Accounting Manager to enhance renewable energy settlements. In this critical role, you will shape key accounting processes to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the REC Settlements function while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing invoicing, settlement, and billing operations while supporting revenue recognition under US GAAP. Implementing new systems like Allegro will also be part of your responsibilities to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize workflows in revenue accounting and settlements

• Support cross-functional team communication for control and compliance

• Oversee invoicing and validation of renewable transactions

• Review journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close

• Resolve financial discrepancies and enhance documentation accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

• CPA license required

• Expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting

• Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Allegro or Oracle
