This position demands meticulous auditing of lease provisions and the maintenance of billing procedures within our ERP system. As part of the finance team, you will tackle year-end reconciliations, assist in budgeting calculations, and update percentage rent schedules, ensuring compliance and accuracy in billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed audits of billing-related lease provisions

• Update tenant billing methodologies in the ERP

• Participate in annual budgeting and analysis

• Calculate final year-end reconciliation invoices

• Assist with tenant inquiries about billing issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Economics

• At least 5 years in recovery or property accounting

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi systems

• Ability to interpret lease agreements effectively
