Senior Assurance Associate Role

Join RSM as a Senior Assurance Associate to provide high-quality client service and gain insight across various industries. This role involves audit coordination and mentorship of junior staff.

In this role within RSM's assurance Business Services practice, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored audit services. You are responsible for supervising Audit Associates, addressing client concerns promptly, and applying RSM's Global Audit Methodology. Your efforts will contribute to developing industry specialists who understand client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely, high-quality client service

• Supervise fieldwork and productivity of audit teams

• Communicate effectively with clients and management

• Address client concerns proactively during audits

• Identify opportunities for team performance improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline

• Active CPA license or underway toward earning it

• 2–3 years of relevant assurance experience

• Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards

• Exceptional project management and communication skills
