Dream Unlimited is seeking a Property Accountant to manage a portfolio of properties within our Property Accounting team in Toronto. You will prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for property owners and managers.
Requirements include 3+ years in direct property accounting for commercial properties, strong Excel skills, and CPA designation or in progress. The role offers a base salary of 65,000–80,000 CAD plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
