Entandem Account Manager - Full-Time, Hybrid

Entandem is looking for a full-time Account Manager in Toronto, ON! This hybrid role focuses on invoicing, accounts receivable, and comprehensive support for licensee accounts.

In this role, you'll manage licensee accounts efficiently—generating invoices, applying payments, and minimizing total accounts receivable. Your support will help clients navigate licensing while driving departmental success through high performance and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct collection calls before payment deadlines

• Handle accounts receivable documentation and updates

• Resolve queries and complaints from licensees

• Participate in departmental meetings and projects

• Analyze monthly accounts receivable data

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting practices

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent time-management capabilities

• Previous experience in data entry
