In this role, you'll report to the Accounting Manager and take charge of the financial activities for Leyad’s commercial real estate. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving accounting matters. Your contributions will enhance financial reporting and tenant account accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting for commercial properties

• Prepare journal entries and financial working papers

• Assist with tenant account reviews and reconciliations

• Support budgeting and forecasting for properties

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area

• 2-4 years of relevant property accounting experience

• Experience with property management software is advantageous

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
