Fund Administration Senior Associate at MUFG

Take on a pivotal role in fund administration as a Senior Associate at MUFG Investor Services, focusing on real assets. Your expertise in accounting and Yardi will enhance client service and compliance.

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will manage the financial details for private market clients, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory standards. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and collaborate with auditors to ensure quality service delivery. Mentoring junior members will also be a part of this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain supporting financial schedules

• Draft quarterly and annual financial reports

• Calculate capital calls and distributions accurately

• Conduct management and carried interest computations

• Review and reconcile bank accounts and transactions

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance

• Preferred CPA or equivalent in progress

• Minimum 2 years in fund admin or audit sectors

• Experience with real asset structures essential

• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software
