As a Junior Accountant, you will deliver key financial services to subsidiary brands, facilitating accurate billing and providing client support. Collaboration with the Finance team to meet essential deadlines for month-end and year-end closing will be part of your daily responsibilities. Being detail-oriented and organized is vital for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HSA invoices and financial adjustments

• Oversee client invoice reminders and follow-ups

• Respond to payment-related client inquiries

• Deposit and file documents systematically

• Support audit preparation with diligent record keeping

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management

• Minimum 2 years in a finance role

• Payroll experience preferred

• Competence in journal entries and Net Suite

• Strong attention to detail is a must
