This Senior Associate role is vital for delivering quality fund administration services to private market clients. You will manage financial reporting and maintain accurate records, ensuring timely communication with clients and auditors. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare essential financial documents for real assets

• Complete NAV calculations and investor reporting

• Reconcile bank accounts and transactions

• Liaise with auditors during the annual audit

• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an asset

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fund administration

• Knowledge of real asset structures is necessary

• Previous experience with Yardi or similar tools
