Hybrid Intermediate Accountant

Reporting to the Manager of Systems and Financial Operations, you will support the team with comprehensive accounting processes, ensuring financial integrity through accurate reporting. Your experience will help in managing accounts for performing arts events and improving efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute reconciliations for GL accounts monthly

• Analyze data from Spektrix and upload to financial systems

• Ensure billing completeness with various divisions

• Reconcile transactions from Shopify and other platforms

• Aid in preparing annual budgets and forecasts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Capable of analyzing financial data accurately

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
