Position: Accountant at Jule
Be a key player at Jule as an Accountant, responsible for accurate financial data processing in Toronto. If you have a knack for detail and teamwork, this role is for you.

As part of Jule's dynamic team, the Accountant ensures precise processing of financial data, including reconciliations and vendor management. This full-time position facilitates collaboration across various departments like Engineering and Sales, enhancing your accounting skills and insights. You will report to the Accounting Manager while contributing to the company’s growth in Battery Energy Storage and Electric Vehicle Fast Charging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

• Process payroll biweekly, handling overtime and vacation time

• Input and manage accounts payable in Quick Books

• Assist with invoicing and shipping tasks as needed

• Attend finance meetings to provide financial insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• Knowledge of Quick Books software

• Familiarity with accounting procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
