Reporting to the Deal Closing Manager, you’ll utilize your 3-4 years of real estate accounting experience to maintain accurate financial records and streamline reconciliation processes. This role requires a meticulous approach and the ability to handle multiple deals efficiently while enhancing our internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely and accurate trust account reconciliations

• Verify final trade sheets to prevent errors

• Strengthen reconciliation procedures through your insights

• Take ownership of the reconciliation processes

• Balance multiple transactions without missing details

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in real estate brokerage accounting

• Strong understanding of trust accounting principles
