Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Kenhar Facility

Reporting to the Controller, the role focuses on supporting accounts receivable, banking transactions, and maintaining financial records across various systems. Ideal candidates possess 3-5 years of AR or banking administration experience, with expertise in multi-currency transactions viewed favorably. You’ll also collaborate with Sales and Customer Service while learning J&T's D365 and WYSE processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding customer accounts

• Apply payments accurately and timely

• Resolve account discrepancies and short payments

• Maintain aged accounts and billing statuses

• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash applications

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in AR, banking, or accounting

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Strong Excel and ERP skills required

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Detail-oriented and organized approach
