Experienced Senior Auditor Wanted at Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire Corporation seeks a Senior Auditor to enhance its risk and control framework through comprehensive audits. Engage in risk assessments and improve operational processes.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Internal Audit Services team, tasked with planning and executing risk-based audits across CTC. With your CPA designation, you'll work closely with the Audit Manager, identifying control gaps and documenting findings. Your strong analytical skills will support the continuous improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute risk-based audit engagements and projects

• Identify areas for control enhancements and audit efficiency

• Conduct testing of controls to ensure effectiveness

• Prepare detailed audit documentation and reports

• Collaborate with external auditors and management on action plans

Requirements:

• CPA designation or completion of CPA Common Final Examination

• Minimum of 2 years in auditing, preferably retail

• Comprehensive data mining and analysis experience

• Skill in process mapping and risk documentation

• Effective communication skills in presenting audit findings
