Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate IPO readiness and capital transactions

• Guide clients through GAAP conversion initiatives

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reporting

• Research complex accounting topics when necessary

• Write detailed accounting diagnostic reports

Requirements:

• Experience in financial reporting or public company audits

• CPA designation or equivalent recognized certification

• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
