This full-time on-site role encompasses a dynamic environment where you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex accounting standards and financial transactions. You’ll work closely with a diverse team to analyze accounting issues and develop innovative strategies for our clients' evolving needs. A focus on technical research and documentation underpins this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting advisory for significant client transactions

• Aid clients in IPO readiness and financial information preparation

• Research and document accounting issues in agreements

• Prepare detailed financial statements and notes

• Mentor junior accountants and lead engagement teams

Requirements:

• CPA certification or progress

• Minimum of 3 years public accounting experience

• Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

• Potential travel responsibilities
