• Direct bi-weekly payroll processing and reporting

• Collaborate with Finance on payroll funding accountability

• Ensure accurate year-end payroll processing and filings

• Manage comprehensive payroll audits and inquiries

• Drive continuous improvement in payroll systems

Requirements:

• Relevant postsecondary education or equivalent experience

• Active payroll certification—PCP or PLP preferred

• At least 5 years of payroll experience in Canada

• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll laws

• Experience optimizing payroll systems like UKG Pro
