Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and high-quality client service on audits

• Train and oversee Audit Associates on audit engagements

• Develop insights into client business needs and industry standards

• Manage communication between clients and audit teams

• Ensure adherence to RSM's audit methodology and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Active CPA license or in-progress

• 2–3 years of recent assurance experience

• Familiarity with GAAP, CASs, and IFRS

• Strong analytical and communication skills
