Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices and expense reports with precision

• Create and maintain vendor master data effectively

• Handle stop payments and cheque cancellations

• Prepare and post necessary journal entries

• Participate in special projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Accounting or related education preferred
