Position: Senior Accountant – MNP Advisory Services
Join MNP in Toronto as a Senior Accountant in our Accounting Advisory Services, where you’ll influence the financial reporting landscape. Support clients in crucial transitions like going public and adopting new accounting standards.

This on-site, full-time position at MNP requires a combination of technical accounting expertise and client relationship management. You will engage with clients on a range of services, ensuring they develop robust financial strategies while adhering to compliance. Being part of a forward-thinking team means enabling progressive changes in accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical advisory services on accounting matters

• Guide clients through go-public strategies and milestones

• Research accounting issues and document findings

• Draft financial statements and related disclosures

• Collaborate with various internal teams for comprehensive support

Requirements:

• CPA required or in pursuit

• 3-4 years post-qualification public accounting experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, ASPE, US GAAP

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Flexibility to travel if necessary
