Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project costs and performance variances

• Facilitate job cost review meetings with management

• Assist in preparing customer invoices and forecasts

• Review purchase orders and reconcile payments

• Code financial transactions accurately in JD Edwards

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance preferred

• Experience in billing or project accounting (1-3 years)

• Strong Excel skills and financial process understanding

• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
