Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll delivery. This role demands proficiency in auditing and addressing payroll issues while collaborating with stakeholders. You will leverage your analytical skills, attention to detail, and full-cycle payroll experience to enhance our payroll processes actively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process end-to-end payroll cycles

• Audit payroll for accuracy and compliance

• Address payroll inquiries from stakeholders

• Process monthly accruals and maintain benefits

• Champion process improvements for payroll technology

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Diploma with PCP Designation preferred

• Bilingual in French and English

• Experience with large volume and unionized payrolls

• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll employment standards

• Knowledge of Dayforce or Workday is a plus
