Position: Accounts Payable Clerk Contract
Expand your accounting expertise with CPA Canada as an Accounts Payable Clerk on a contract basis. This hybrid role focuses on accurate accounts payable processing to support the organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for processing invoices and expense reports, assisting in vendor setup, and ensuring smooth payments through cheque and electronic transfer systems. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors will be key to resolving discrepancies. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are vital in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices, expense reports, and payments

• Resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders

• Organize and maintain vendor files and contracts

• Execute weekly cheque runs and electronic payments

• Assist in month-end account reconciliations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in an accounts payable role

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Dynamics

• Organizational skills and attention to detail necessary
