Position: Payroll Administrator at The Feldman Agency
Join The Feldman Agency's finance team as a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator, focusing on payroll processing and artist settlements in the live entertainment sector. This in-office role emphasizes precision and time management.

As an Accounts & Payroll Administrator, you will own payroll responsibilities and support financial operations for live performances. Ideal candidates have a strong accounting background, proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with 2+ years in a similar role. Familiarity with CRA remittance requirements and payroll systems is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and manage remittances with compliance

• Prepare budgets and financial summaries for live projects

• Enter detailed artist show settlement data accurately

• Maintain organized records for audits and reporting

• Reconcile bank transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in accounting or finance support roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, primarily Excel

• Experience with Ceridian and Dynamics 365 preferred

• Knowledge of HST/GST and payroll regulations

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
