Corporate Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities

• Consolidate financial statements from multiple entities

• Prepare reports for Private Equity stakeholders

• Oversee external audit preparations and compliance

• Provide direction to the accounting team in the Philippines

Requirements:

• CPA designation with preferred audit training

• 2+ years of SaaS-related experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of US GAAP preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Net Suite an asset
